Just out of curiosity: Has the US OSM community discussed mapping polling places? That would be legal from government data, or would it? Or do the locations change so frequently that they are too hard to keep up to date?

@alfons234 there was a brief thread in the OSM US Slack around the 2020 election, people have mapped ballot drop off boxes. Polling places are often schools, gyms, libraries, etc and it's good to check those places are mapped. Also mapping sidewalks & connections to polling places.
