After three months of work, a first preview is online at streetcritic.org/.

For now, it's possible to add and rate bicycle ways. Still somewhat basic and unpolished, but it shows some ideas with the aim to get early feedback from you 😀

@streetcritic Does it only work for pre-selected routes? Can I rate any street in any city?

The need for registration may be a bit off-putting for many people.
