So, I started making my first little @MapComplete layer to be able to add wayside shrines & images of them to OSM.

The "MapComplete Studio" worked well enough to create the necessary JSON for the layer, but is the process to get it onto MapComplete generally just to make a PR? Or is there a way to get it into the system without that step?

MapComplete

@gedankenstuecke you can click the 'try it' button on the top right of studio and use it live.

Sharing that link will enable others to use your theme too.

A PR is a great option too, as it comes with benefits (translations, long-term maintainence, integration in the docs, discoverability)

@MapComplete ah, so the “try it” url is stable and can be re-used on other devices? That part wasn’t clear to me! I thought it would only work on the device I made it on!

I’ll play with that a bit before making a PR!
