New OSM tool (to me):
It is an easy way to see where lights are already mapped, and what still needs to be covered. I do believe MapComplete has one as well.
sb12.github.ioStreet Lamps in OSMThis map shows street lamps and their settings in the data of OpenStreetMap. It shows e.g. operators, reference numbers and details about the used lights.
